ABOUT MY CURRENT AVATAR PHOTO
In the 1990's... I had the chance to go one a few cruises with my mother and several of her friends, in the Carribeans.
On my first cruise on the Sovereign of the Seas, I entered a costume contest (I ended up 3rd place) dressed as a powerful, magical Sorceress Enchantress as you
see in this photo taken by the ship's photographer.

3AGAINST1 Disbands!!
Mark (Lead vocals & rhythm guitar), Arnaud (lead guitar & backing vocals), Ryan (bass & backing vocals), and Curt (drums)....Performed their last
show as 3against1 on June 30th, 2008 at the Key Club (formerly Gazzarri's) in Hollywood, California.
It was both an exciting show. Filled with energy supplied by both the band and the audience, lead by Mark. And, and a bittersweet farewell to a band that has
had seven (7) years of life beginning far to the south in San Diego, California!
I shall miss them.

Please know that each and every one of you are always welcomed here. I appreciate all the messages so much, more than just these few words could express. Many of you have known me for awhile, some are pretty new and I welcome the new-est new of U, too!
I maybe slow at returning the favor... due mostly to my slow dail-up and antiquated mhz size laptop and time! ...but I will make it! (In July of 2008, this still remains a problem. blah!)
I cannot believe that seven (7) months has passed in the year 2008. It seems to be flying.

My oldest nephew is now 24! I am shocked. Surprised! Feeling abit ancient... lol. He's on the east coast and I wish he could have spent his bday with us.
Sunday. The youngest nephew is coming over. He's about to head back east to begin a new year at college. I still can't believe it.
Mom's bday is coming up this month. Altho she doesn't readily admit it...she'll be 88. Many believe her younger, and she allows this. Altho she can't... -

It is July. I have been unemployed since March. Soon to be five (5) months since I last clocked-in. I am becoming abit lazy. Wanting to sleep away the day til after noon and stay awake til the wee hours of the morn. Not good. I will have to work myself into a "normal" sleep routine and "pretend" work week to get myself back up to speed.

The company for which I spent more years than I wish to say, sold their land and building , and discovered they would need to downsize and move. The warehouse, The repair technicians, and graphic arts, was to be cut. The warehouse was condensed to our Kentucky office....and the repair work was done by an out-sourced company. I was to train my replacement, and join the ranks of the unemployed.
Of course. Being a big company, they were able to give me a severence... -

Financially. The season will be lean. Many demands of my funds of late -- and not all were enjoyable -- had depleted my reverses far more than I had expected. I can't believe it. November is almost over. We just celebrated Thanksgiving !!
My cousin just got divorced and returned to Calif from Ohio. Her ex-husband (now failed at 3 marriages) remains in Ohio. She had lunch with us a week before Thanksgiving since she wouldn't make the dinner (or Xmas) being that she's starting her new job. When that woman moves-on, she moves-on!

Sink To See.... Is an indie rock band here is Southern California. They've release an EP, and recently won a "Battle Of The Bands" at BB Kings (Universal City Walk). Not to mention, really good guys!

Tuesday night. I went to see my friend's band: TEN COUNT JUNKY play an Industry Showcase at The Gig.
They did a great job! Always high energy and totally in-your-face hard rockin' "F" roll. They had their "press release" photo book and bio and CD of their music. I am hopeful that something excellent comes from it.

Well. What do ya know? My second blog post. I'm really moving right along.
Its been a long, slow process getting used to these features yuku had. I rarely did anything with my ezboard profile.
